The Ride of Their Life

(The following is an entry that has been preposted. While Mr. Marvelous and I are vacationing in Costa Rica, I'll be backposting here at 4under3. See you next week.)

August 28, 08-
I think that's what these two are thinking right now.

I mean...now they get to play with their just-turned-4-year-old-cousin for two full days a week. Their baby sisters are completely in awe of them, wanting to be with them and laughing at them all the time. They've been allowed to live in their swimming suits for the past month now. There's a new ice cream truck that frequents our neighborhood weekly. And they're going on vacation tomorrow morning to a far off place that boasts of it's sandy beaches, boats, horse rides, and late night bonfires.

What more can a 3 and 2 year old really ask for?

A trip to a waterpark and evening are best according to the life guard. So after 5:00 anyday or a weekend. Never a weekday...too many groups that have no or little adult supervision.

That is what they could ask for!

That really is a great photo - the lighting and colors are beautiful. You should enter it in the Summer Fun contest! Think how many fudgesicles you could buy with $500!(I have the link on my blog if you haven't already seen it elsewhere.)

What a GREAT picture! Man, they have had, like, the best summer EVER! Lucky them! Don't tell my girls about the weekly visit from the ice cream truck...I just got rid of the Schwann's guy! :)

BTW, I bought all the ingredients for your Bok Choy recipe! I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself. I've never cooked with Bok Choy before...In fact, I can't even say I've ever seen the stuff. It's very...interesting. Any tips on chopping it or is it similar to chopping romaine lettuce? Sorry, dumb question, but I seriously don't know where to start! :)

This summer is just too much! I don't want the sweetness to end.

And with pictures like that, these memories are sure to last a lifetime.

So please divulge the secret--what photoshop trick did you use to make that photo look so fabulous. Please tell!!

That picture reminds me of ET. I think there is something like that with Drew Barrymore and the pigtails. Just saying.

I think 2 more would be great! =)
