Such Things

Ceviche. (say: suh-VEE-chey)
It's hard to find anything much better.
Kinda like the friend who just called to say she loved me had made some ceviche for me. So here's my ode to this fabulous fish salsa, with a little help from these guys :
"Whatever is true and tasty,
whatever is noble and nummy,
whatever is right and ridiculously flavorsome,
whatever is pure and packed with health,
whatever is lovely and luscious,
whatever is admirable and appetizing,
if anything is excellent and praiseworthy and made for you by a thoughtful friend,
think about and eat such things."

(I will admit as I tippy toe out your back blog-door that fish salsa does not sound very appetizing to me. Then again, this is coming from someone who doesn't even eat fish sticks or fish and chips)

Ok non-fish fans...how about seafood? I would Loooove to try this fish ceviche...and I would exchange for some shrimp ceviche (I make a mighty fine one if I do say so myself!)...any takers? Tiff?

I love ceviche! It is one of my favorite things here in Guatemala.
