If the burrito artists that made this* lived next door--it's guaranteed that we'd be best friends. Not just because they are the nicest circle of chefs that I've ever ordered from, time and time again, but because they sure know how to make you feel welcome, they always greet you with a smile, and they know how to wrap a tortilla full of taste. So, I'm thinking, the burrito artists, Kelly Ripa (because Kelly and I would be best friends, too--if we were neighbors), and I would have a lot to talk about, a lot to eat, and a lot of children to take care of--if our living arrangements were slightly different.*Burrito of Choice:
Rice, Black beans, corn salsa, tomato salsa, a splash of cheese and lettuce, and guac on the side
Pair this with homemade chips and a tall water on the rocks for a fabulous Sunday lunch. It's especially fabulous when enjoyed under an umbrella, out on the deck, after the children are down for their naps.

OH we LOVE chipotle... my hubby eats there almost every day. Ha! We just ate there as a family on Saturday.... we actually we ordered online (hubbys fav) and took it to the park. It was wonderful!

Before I even saw the name in the background I knew this was my beloved Chipotle! And just for the sake of sharing....my fav is a vegetarian fajita burrito...black beans, rice, fajita peppers, lettuce, little bit of cheese, guac and lots of lime juice!!!! Oh I am salivating!!
