An Army of Frogs A Crash of Rhinos

A "rough-and-tumble tough" group of skiers, that's what I would call us....Fearlessly taking on even the blackest of double black diamonds all weekend. Terrain Parks, Halfpipe Corridors...ski lifts (there's a much needed skill in riding those too, you know!), I'm sure we left people staring as our crash of rhinos blew by everyone with style.

With the small amount of truth that's in all of that, I wouldn't consider myself one who someday makes it into the Ski Hall of Fame, nor the rest of our group for that matter, (Although, my Marvelous husband is a serious speed skier and was the first one down the hill no matter what.) but it was a great time had by all.

Thanks Leah and Justin for joining in.

Sounds like a glorious time! Was it hard leaving the little ones?? (all of them really, but isn't it especially hard with babies??)

It looks like a fun time was had by all. We're introducing our three-year-old to skiing next month. My fingers are crossed that it'll go well.

Thanks for stopping by!

Love the black and white!!! Your previous post was so well written. Loved how it captured the heart of the matter.

Yeah! What fun! My hubby fell off a ski lift back in the day and got very injured...so, yes, there is an art to riding those, too. (Oh, I should also mention that he was holding on to the bottom of one, while wearing full ski gear, to prove he could hold on and dangle all the way to the top. Turned out he couldn't. And fell. Right in the middle of the climb where it was the longest fall. And he broke lots of stuff. Stupid teenager. Oh, sorry, honey...if you're reading this.) Glad none of you fell. You look brilliant!
